This Tribeca penthouse was designed as a multi-functional rooftop retreat, blending luxury amenities with a natural, urban aesthetic. We used a palette of sophisticated materials, from turkish marble pavers to a custom steel and cedar pergola, to create a series of distinct spaces for dining, lounging, and wellness. The design features a full outdoor kitchen, a cold plunge, and a sauna, all surrounded by a curated selection of sun-loving plants in Italian terracotta pots. This space proves that even in the heart of the city, you can craft a private sanctuary that’s both high-end and deeply connected to nature.
